Question about License for Giveaway of the Day

Today till Midnight Giveaway of the Day is offering a 6 month license. But I have a license currently for 320 more days. I downloaded it and it has a license txt file with a code. Now in the program it shows update available, but I click it and it takes me to the Free version. My version is : 14.2.0.220 ASC good for 320 days. Nowere on IObit does it show the current version number I am so confused. How do I update my current version or do I just keep using it?
