I have experienced a downlosd speed of 120 Mbps with an ethernet connection to my cable modem/router, while at the seame time have download speeds on my Mac of 0ver 800 Mbps connected by Ethernet to the same modem/router. I use IOBit Advanced System Care once a week and can't figure out what is happening. Please advise.

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0Hard Wired to my router. I have IObit Advanced System Care and have run it today. The computer is reporting <250 MBS while the router is reporting almost 500 MBS. Please advise.

Every time I try to run Smart Defrag 9 my computer freezes and the only way to restart is to turn it off and on. CTRL-ALT-DLT doesn't work. Is there any way to check my HD?
