Im having the exact same issues with Version 9.1 PRO. Ive also sent to required DBinfo.zip file and am awaiting a response.

Updated DRIVER BOOSTER today, purchased new licence and installed it. The program will not scan properly. I keep receiving error message "Scan Failed! Failed to connect to scan server. Please click "OK" to detect and fix the network failure" I clicked ok and when the process was completed the message stated "Network access is available it." I then click OK and try the scan again and receive the exact same error message.
