Unfortunately I could not be so many days without my PC. I took it to a technician and the only solution is to format it, now I hope they will give me my money back, it has been a very bad experience with this product. With the others I will be very careful when using them. Uninstaller is good, the others, I have doubts after this experience. I think that before launching a product on the generic market they should do exhaustive tests and not just want to sell and sell without worrying about the damage they can do. It is just a thought.

I just bought a pack that includes Driver Boost 10. After upgrading everything I need, I can't work with the screen, the background fades in and out and I can't access the menus. I can't access that PC right now, it's frustrating. I'm waiting for a response from support but I can't imagine how we're going to solve it without being able to access the menus. Hopefully they will have an answer soon. Pay to improve and these problems appear. Let's wait for an answer and continue. Greetings.

Thank you very much for your perfect administration of the forum. I have just been refunded the money for the products. yes, you are right that perhaps someone with better computer training than myself could have done more, but we are users over 60 who have a hard time dealing with these issues. but I understand that mine must be a particular case. Greetings to all and I continue reading because in other products I am going to continue with this company, that only because of this accident I cannot judge all the work.
