    I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF YOUR COMPANY,
    DIDN'T KNOW WHAT YOU SOLD,
    NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING
     but I did google the name IOBIT to see what you sold.
    Your bank deduction does not list a product, so I have no idea what you are charging me for.

    I have never done any business with your ompany, and my bank is now checking you out for fraud. IF YOU CAN CLEAR THIS UP IMMEDIATELY, I will cancel my fraud case with my bank. I do not have an account with you, and have no idea how you found my account to deduct money from it. PLEASE LOOK UP THE DATA YOU HAVE ON ME, AND REFUND MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT.
