Every time Windows starts up it also opens IObit folder in Explorer.

Trying to kill this startup item using following apps, but

1) Autoruns.exe - not working
2) Windows settings > Startup App - not working
3) IObit Sturtup Optimizer - not working
4) WinTools Premium - not working

Any working solution for this issue?
