Hello every time I get a price on a product for lets say 12.34 and when I go to renew it the price at check out is 19.29 . I also have 18 days left in the product but I keep getting I need to get the pro version which I have but can not use. Any help is appreciated. I also tried getting to the right support area but holy crap its not working for me, don't know what I am doing wrong supper frustrated.
