Canncel subscription not possible

I cant canncel my subscription i have tryed the options and verifone but they do not work. So can a mod terminated it for me.

Also my reason of canceling is becaus i got the deal for 30,95€ /year and i got this for 2 years strait but now its 49,99. Even on the site are cheaper deals and i not paying 20€ more if its to hard for te auto renouwel to take the same price or the sales in to account than your sites software needs to be improved a lot.
