A strange suggestion for installing Realtek drivers (NetAdapterCx)

Hello. I use v12 version DriverBooster and last Winodws 11. I have installed Realtek driver with NetAdapterCx. Why is Driver Booster trying to impose the old technology for me without NetAdapterCx? In the screenshot below, I also show you that the driver versions always come out in two versions. That is, the version that is offered is also available with the new modern NetAdapterCx
