Possible issue defragging Champions Online

I'm beta testing the MMO game Champions Online. I first defragmented the entire drive using your application Smart Defrag 1.2 with Deep Optimize. I then used Game Booster:

 

1. I clicked on the Game Defrag tab.

2. I choose Champions Online.

3. I clicked on Analyze and the program said that the file sounds.hogg had 3 fragments so I clicked on Defrag.

4. I clicked on Back then repeated the process again twice more for Champions Online. Each time the # of fragmentation increases and now it's up to 8, it won't go any higher. The first time it took almost a minute to defrag but subsequently it takes only took 5 seconds.
