Unmovable files but not system or excluded files?

Smartdefrag shows an extra immovable block in the lower right hand corner even though most of the drive is empty(its stopping me from creating a new partition there). Another defrag program says they were boot or directory files/folders but even its smart feature won't move them nor does boot defrag move them. The only thing I can think of is they are sys files that boot defrags don't touch? btw, system restore has been off through multiple restarts. What to do?

Try Perfect Disk 11 Pro trial with aggressive Smart Placement and Boot Defrag. (There is nothing that PD does not defrag except bootstad.dat file.)

 

I also advise to read the whole thread of Think about Defragmentation!!! in Usage of IObit Products section if you are interested in Defragmentation.

Thanks enoskype, I tried your suggestion and it worked! Sticking with SD as its free :-)
