problem need help

Hi all joined forum today

would like to know if anyone has this problem or am i doing something wrong when i run system care it finds things and clears them so the performance monitor is a and green then goes straight back to c and orange any ideas on what this problem could be .

It is not a problem but an indication that some process(es) in your PC are using resources.

 

You can check which ones they are, by running the Task Manager and stop/exit/kill if any of them you think is unnecessary at that time.

dont understand any of the processes that are running.

and if i stop some will it adversely affect my pc?

Yes if it is an essential process.

 

You can use Turbo Boost of ASC4, or Game Booster to safely choose which one to close/stop. If you have a negative effect , then you can revert back within the program.

 

Since you have ASC4, try Turbo Boost of it and configure manually what you want to stop seeing the resource hoggers from your Task Manager.
