IMF 1.2.0.8 Does Not Work With W7 x64 or W8 x32

On my two W7 SP1 x64 computers IMF 1.2.0.8 Pro activates but crashes. Free seems to work but once activated with my license number IMF 1.2.0.8 crashes. I had no problems with IMF Pro 1.1.1.4 on the x64 computers

 

On my computer with W8 DP Build 8120 IMF 1.2.0.8 installs and runs however the "realtime logs" are empty and the realtime Files Scanned and Threats Found on the GUI remains filled with all zeroes. I noticed no change in 1.2 vs 1.1 in W8 DP other than the Log Files link. The Scan logs seems to be working as it brings up the results of the scan in a a Word Pad file
