    I have IObit Uninstaller. There are several unwanted programs that it will NOT uninstall. When clicking "uninstall" a window poops up wanting me to install "PC Cleaner." When I click cancel so as to not install this new program, IObit Uninstaller goes back to its original page and does NOTHING. Why won't it uninstall these unwanted programs without installing "PC Cleaner?" Is IObit Uninstaller useless? A quick reply would be appreciated!
