I have created a folder named "Protected Folder", as shown in the screenshot. When I drag and drop the folder into the Protected Folder window, I get "For system stability..." error, also as shown in the screen shot. What more information can I provide?

I cannot protect any folder, whether empty or not. What am I doing wrong?

I too experienced this, on three PCs. I reinstalled IObit Uninstaller version 11.5.0.4 on each of these PCs and thus far Norton has not objected. I'll post here again if Norton does detect a threat.

I am losing my HP Officejet Pro 8600+ printer and fax. I have isolated the cause to the Clean Unplugged Device Data Tool in Driver Booster. Every time I use this tool, the 8600 fax disappears from my Control Panel list of printers. This printer/fax is connected to my LAN. The problem occurs on all 3 of the PCs connected to my LAN. Other than not using this tool in Driver Booster, how can I avoid the damage to my installed printers?

Where is this in v14?

I install the latest HP driver (OJ8600_1316.exe) and the printer works. Then I run ASC and the printer will not print (it says printer error). Then I uninstall the printer and the associated driver and it will once again print. I will not run ASC again until I get this fixed. Any suggestions? ASC log is attached.

Intel says version 17.2.0.1009 is current driver. Diver Booster says 16.8.3.1003 is. (see attachment). Who is correct?
For system stability, this file should not be protected.

Why did I create a folder named Protected Folder? It seemed to be a good and explanatory name for a place to hide files.
Per your suggestion, I created another folder named PFX. I was able to "protect" PFX.
Thanks for your suggestion!
