I'm also looking for quick help, to cancel auto renewal urgently, I received 2 emails this morning, saying they would renew them automatic, with the current costs with heating & electricity I can't afford items to be automatically renewed. in fact I took out a special offer in the last 2 weeks, to renew, no way can I afford money to be taken out. l've sent messages to customer support, no reply! Can someone please Help?
