ok so if you download the skin editor from this post: https://forums.iobit.com/topic/16229-create-fantastic-skins-for-asc-14-for-both-pro-and-free-versions/ and download the zip file attached to this post then all you have to do is unzip the images from my zip file into the images folder that the skin editor creates and make sure all the image files in my zip REPLACE the image files in that folder. then go back to the skin editor put a name for the skin and click "Make". images.zip

here it is, im calling it Rust... its my first attempt so its not perfect and parts of the ui (like the settings menu panel) are not skinned but for the most part the programs ui is fully skinned. ive attached the image used for the background and a screenshot too... when i figure out how to export the skin to share ill edit this post and upload it
