All IObit products won't communicate via ipv6 protocol

I have been using these products for several years without issue. My old mobile hotspot is no longer supported, so I upgraded to a new 5G hotspot that use ipv6 rather than the older ipv4 that the old hotspot used. Now none of the IObit products will communicate via this newer protocol. Even though the new hotspot does have the ipv4 enabled, the products say there is an issue with the internet connection, which there is not. Any help out there.
