Ok, I've figured out how to disable auto renew, you have to do it through 2Checkout website (link given in Subscription renewal email), also deleted my credit card details, as I recently had money taken from my bank account from an app that I had disabled the auto renew feature and it had been turned back on again. In future I won't be subscribing to apps that have an auto renew option that is enabled on by default. Bye bye 🙂

Hi, I'm trying to cancel auto renewal on my IObit Uninstaller subscription but cannot login to the customer account to get to the options (When I click login, screen just flickers and resets the Verification Code). Any ideas? Thanks
