How do I implement skins?

Hello guys,

 

I have found the "skin" file in Program files >Iobit, Advanced Systemcare, and it has .rcc files for each default skin.

 

My question is, how do I implement a skin that I find on these forums?

 

I see there are 3 attached files labeled "Part 1", "Part 2", and "Part 3".

 

What do I do with those?
