I am fixing an old (2008) computer and was unable to make any system changes as it didn't recognize me as the admin. There are no other users on this PC, not even a guest. So I updated everything and ran Norton and then downloaded IObit and ran the scan. Afterwards, most of my programs are missing from START and desktop, many tools in the control panel are missing, I can't do a system restore as I can't access system tools. I can't login to the internet, etc....EEGADS!! Can somebody help me please?
