No, it doesn't have a built in firewall. You need a seperate one.

If you mean uninstalling another antivirus, then yes, please uninstall it first. Using more than 1 antivirus program is not advisable.

If you mean uninstalling current ASC, no, you don't have to, but if you do, it helps. :-D
