Anti-Theft Option Disabled

Greetings and thanks for the help,

Both the Anti-Theft and Battery Saver options are disabled in my unit... (Sony Xperia Tipo ICS 4.04). Any reason? Any solution?

No activity so far in the other thread but.

 

Could you please let us know if other switch buttons in preference could be turned on /off normally?

 

Can you manually toggle the switches?
