Hotkey for Run...

Can the hotkey for Run... be changed?

 

The text field seems to be read-only.

 

 

Besides why an additional hotkey for Run... when there is win+R for exactly same function? The windows key is right next to Alt, so it additionally doesn't make sense. Id does not add anything to the user, just creates possible collisions with the same hotkey combination in apps.

It has been okay using this shortcut. I can't say anything bad against this. Just saying.
