Linux Mint 15 KDE

I was bored today and declided to try linux mint 15 KDE on my 4 year laptop .WOW linux rocks!!After downloading and installing i was good to go,linux reconised all my hardware,i didnt even have to install flash players and stuff.Infact it was childs play.

My old laptop now boots up 25 secs and browsing is rapid,lets just say i will be spending a lot more time on this OS.

After reading a few reviews,i gather there are very very little virus's on linux,which makes me think ,do i really want to stick with windows 7.Of coarse i will haha but i will be keeping linux partioned on my drive because i will be using it alot more than windows ,that is for sure !!

Not to mention that it's also lightweight. When you decide to install some software though in the future, that's the time you will experience difficulties. For me, Linux works best when setting up a server but not for a client.

still loving linux,my laptop is duel booted so i can have the very best of both worlds,believe me linux has more positives than negatives,i have it on both my laptops ,on both laptops connected through wifi after doing several speed test linux is always showing 5 meg faster.Fact!!linux is awesome!!!
