Deleted Favorites Reappearing in IE 10

Ever since I turned on AutoCare I sporadically get old deleted IE favorites re-added to IE 10. Anyone else experience anything like this or know if this could is related to Advanced SystemCare or just coincidence? Any thoughts on how to fix issue?

by default autocare doesn't delete favorites of a browser. BTW IE 10 is outdated now with IE11 out.

You must change the settings of autocare.
