SDV3 corrupting task scheduler & MMC

I'm running SDV3 on Win7 32 bit and it appears to have corrupted task scheduler and MMC and stopped them working from completely.

 

It appears that if you have more than one admin account and open up SD on the other account after it's been configured it's corrupting the task scheduler and stops windows from loading it at start up. So no tasks can be run and the task scheduler cannot access the "local machine".

 

Similar MMC is compromised and stops working.

 

I've so far found the only fix is a full reinstall.

I've not tried coping the assembly files as recommended here to see if that fixes the issue.
