SD3 ignores exclude list?

Hi all.

 

I've added folders "C:\Documents and settings" and "C:\System volume information" into ignore list. But after defragmenting report is full of records like:

Why?

If defragmentation rate is less that 5%, defragmentation is not need because the Windows is not slowing down. Windows become slowing down at 15% or more.

Perhaps this is true but the question is: why they touch files in ignore list at all?..

I have the same problem.

The exclude list is work in Smark Defrag 2.x, but not work in SD3.

 

Is there any patch for this?
