whats up with this program

I bought the pro version when it was version 2. Downloaded updates to make it version 3 and my credentials are no longer valid. My 1 year license is no longer valid since the update? tell me I didnt waste 30 bux on this program. I havent emailed tech support yet.. thought I would try my luck here. Anyone else have this issue?

You didn't waste your money, don't worry. You are not alone and this a transition period problem and IObit solves it.
