Is there any way to change the background from black?

If you are talking about the background color of Advanced SystemCare, you can apply the following skins of which you can see the previews in the Attached Thumbnails below:

 

Classic

Black

Metro

White

Xmas

 

Click on http://forums.iobit.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=13652&stc=1&d=1396978002 figure on the Main GUI and choose the skin from "Current Skin :" dropdown box.
