Hi avmaksimov,

 

Both links in post #1 link you to Smart Defrag 1.03 setup files.

 

You must be mentioning the link from IObit SD download page, which takes you to download.com, and it is still SD1.02 in download.com.

 

I hope this clarifies the status.
