False positive Iobit malware fighter free

Bear with me folks.

I really don't know what this means.

My malware fighter is set to fix automatically.

Do I have to do anything?

It is advisable to checkmark the option " Quarantine threats when removing them" under Scan Settings tab in Scan section of Settings.

 

This will allow to recover the threats if they are False Positives.

 

So, after Save Report (which could be shared in the Forum if the threat is false positive), threat can be cleaned from the system.

 

Please update your IMF downloading the latest setup file from the link in IObit Malware Fighter 2.4.1 (2.4.1.14) is released! [May 19, 2014] thread.

Update the database and post your report.

 

If you think it is a false positive, please share it in a separate thread in this section, following the routes of the Example Thread posted.
