Random thing

I know (or at least strongly suspect) it has nothing to do with IObit, but whenever I shut down my laptop, and turn it back on literally "nothing" loads. Then I have to do a hard reset, and my programs load.

 

I'm hoping someone has an idea why this is.

If the versions in your User CP is not correct, please update all IObit products and update your User CP

Check your startup services. Open "Run", then msconfig. Make sure that unecessary start up items are unchecked.
