Using Smart Defrag V3.2, I have run the Defrag and Prioritize at least a dozen times on the same hard drive without using the computer in between. Apparently, it will never be done with either defragging or prioritizing the files since each and every time it finishes and I run it again it shows the hard drive as having massive fragmentation and starts all over again. Is there any hope that the program is actually doing anything at all and may actually finish at some point before I leave this world??? Oh, for the days of Norton Utilities BEFORE Symantec took over!
