I purchased IOBit Ultimate several weeks ago. I paid 39.95 and received a CD in the mail. All well and good. Except that I keep getting messages that I need to purchase the product. Constant reminders. I sent a message with a copy of my PayPal receipt to the customer care that I found but have received no reply. Is there any way that this can be resolved. I do like the product. My guild master on World of Warcraft suggested that I get it. I would just like for this to be a resolved issue. My "Free" time has not ended because it never began. I purchased it at download.
