Can someone please explain to me why and what does it mean (unplugged) with the usb figure cut out near certain Drivers in the Driver Booster 2.3 Pro

It means that the device you have used through USB before, which used that specific driver, is not connected to your PC at the time of Driver Booster 2.3 Pro scan.
