when i upgrade systemcare i get a message that say's i have to go into control panel and update time, date,year for the program to work. I tried this but get the same message. Can anyone help thanks

what do you mean by cannot upgrade? are you trying to upgrade to the pro version? please also make sure this is a clean install meaning if you had a previous version, you must have uninstalled it, deleted the folder, and installed the new version.
