Remove unused.dll's

I'm not sure if anybody else made this suggestion (or if it has already been implemented in an Iobit Program) but I would like to see a feature (or even a novel program) that removes unused dll's that have been leftover after uninstalling a program. There are several little programs circulating around the internet that can perform the same actions.
