Blocked program?

I purchased Advanced System Care and I am having a problem with it apparently blocking a program. I use this program daily so I know that it is functioning correctly.

After I receive the pop up by the system tray that ASC has finished cleaning and optimizing my system, I try to open up a program and I get and error message stating that the files for that program "are not accessible. Try reinstalling"

I reinstall the program and all is well until ASC optimizes and then the program is not accessible again.

What is ASC doing that is blocking my program? I can't figure it out.

Please read the second (2)) item in this post.

 

You can find out, and put it in the Ignore List using the same procedure described there.

 

We can not say anything without knowing which program it is.

Thank you I will try that. It lists several services and I will try one at a time to pin point which is the problem. The program is an encyclopedia program.
