Trying to retrieve license code

I am currently attempting to retrieve my license code after a reinstall. I have been to the page to get my code, however the button does not do anything and no message is displayed whatsoever. I have also tried contacting support, but the page just goes blank after I click send. Can a member of staff please contact me so that I can get this sorted out?

Hi, after posting this, I had several emails with my code through. I think it must have just got stuck. I have it now thanks.
