Can't unlock folder on external drive after unlocking it without it being connected

Hi,

 

I had a protected folder on an external drive. I accidently unlocked it with the Protected Folder software while the drive was not connected. The folder now doesn't show up in the software anymore

and I cannot see or unlock the folder. Any way to fix this?
