IObit drivers on Windows virtual desktop

Can someone help me with how to install IObit drivers on a remote desktop? Is it possible to have it in a Windows virtual desktop? If yes, please help me with a suitable answer.

As I know Iobit Advanced SystemCare pro version can do its automatically after the main software installation. I've read this in this review of the <a href="https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-pc-optimization-software/">best PC tune up software</a> made by ThinkMobiles. I use the Pr version and it does not cost too much to purchase it to have more options to use.
