I just installed Advanced System Care - Free, Ver. 3.1.2. I ran it and it found hundreds of problems. At the end of the process it offered to FIX them and when done it did not offer to restart system. I did restart the system anyway and then I did a second scan and this time it found over a thousand problems. Did it not FIX them and find the same problems again or what?
