From 1 to 3 computer renewal

I was directed by the program that my AWC Pro 3 License expired.

I paid and renewed. Then I went to upgrade the FREE version of AWC on my wife's computer to the PRO version, since I had tried and vetted the PRO version out for a year on my PC.

 

In doing so, I saw that there was a three computer upgrade option for $40 - only $20 more than what I paid for the single.

 

1.) So, now, SINCE I already paid $20 for my renewal, how do I go about getting the three computer License, to include my computer and 2 others, which is essentially only $20 more than what I have already just paid?

 

2.) AND, the renewal program code, should allow single users to see this new option, it didn't for me.

 

3.) None of the links in SUPPORT from IOBit main page worked except FAQ and Forum. Live Chat apparently did not - for meon two diff puters.
