I had 4 programs previously (All downloaded) and all were on auto renewal. I had problems with one SSD and could not boot.

The shop that I took it to could not recover the drive and formatted it. All four iobit programs did not work or showed up as

trial systems, I could not contact iobit and so i ordered new programs to get them to work. (The Icons were still there) I do not know where I stand and there is no help for my situation.

Please someone from Iobit contact me so that I can straighten this out. Jack McArthur
