AVG users, Please look here!!

If you are an AVG Anti-Virus user and you have a file that you are sure is NOT a virus.. ie ASC, Smart Defrag, or XSkin.

 

Please...

> Double-Click the AVG Icon

> Click History ( top menu )

> Click Virus Vault

> Click The file ( If you are sure is not a virus )

> Click "Send to analysis" Button

This little action by the AVG users can help all of us tremendously!!!

 

They need to be reported.

 

If you know of another "simple" reply system for other Anti-Virus.

 

....Please post clear instructions here in this thread.

Here is the one for McAfee:

 

Open "Security Center"=>click "Advanced Menu"=>click "Restore"=>click "Files"=>check the checkbox of the {File Name}=>click "Send to McAfee".

When the Virus detected window pops up, click the "Report this file" button and send it.
