Disturbing Notification problem

Hey a popup said i had 72 disturbing notifications so i clicked block but now i dont get any notifications at all apart from the ones created by windows itself.

I used to get notifications from twitter and youtube via google chrome but now i get nothing, i've checked the notifications setting in windows and nothings been changed and i've looked at google chrome setting as well but its still set to show notifications as well so what i want to know is how do i turn off the option to block notification and get everything back to how it was.

Can anyone help me out as i used the twitter, youtube notifications to keep me up to date with all the creators i follow.
