Hi romankolodyfl,

 

Did you check the Task Manager if it is still there? Certainly, it shouldn't be in the system tray.

 

Kill the process, and try to run it from within ASC 3 Utilities.

 

If those above fail, try to follow clean uninstall-reinstall procedure. (HERE post #2 & #5)
