Security analyzer: do i have a problem or not?

okay so i run the "diagnose system" feature on ASC and under "security analyzer it came up with "suggestions" i clicked repair and a website popped up and also a list of my problems or suggestions to fix processes well im not to sure but i want to know what i have to do do get it back to saying "No problems" any help would be great...tried opening a thread yesterday returned to find it gone possibly deleted so hope i have better luck today.
