SM8 - programs fail to start from SM8 menu

I have a problem with Start Menu 8.

When I start a program from SM8 (left mouse click)....it will not start, If I right click and say start as administrator it works????? this is consistent for all the entries in SM8.

I'm running the latest Win 10 version 2H21 with all the current updates. latest SM8 downloaded from your site.

Is there some setting or something I'm missing? or is this a bug?
